How often will I pay if I’ve chosen a Monthly Hound or Treat Box?
Your payment is taken every 30 days. e.g. if you initially placed your order on 15th May, your payment will be taken on or around the 15th of each month thereafter.
How do I pay?
Payment is via debit or credit card through our secure online payment system.
When will I receive my box/order?
We aim to ship all boxes and orders within 5 working days of payment being taken. In exceptional circumstances, it may be slightly longer but we’ll always let you know if there is a problem. We ship our boxes throughout the month rather than a specific date so you and your hound will never have to wait too long from placing your initial order.
Where do Company Of Hounds deliver to?
At the moment, delivery is limited to the UK and Northern Ireland but we’re working on being able to post to overseas addresses. Please contact us by email – firstname.lastname@example.org – if you are wanting a box delivered outside of the UK and Northern Ireland and we’ll do our best to help.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We charge a flat fee of £2 for all orders up to the value of £35. All orders over £35 receive free delivery. We understand how annoying delivery charges are so have tried to keep them as low as possible.
Will I need to sign for my box?
No. All our boxes are currently delivered by Hermes or Royal Mail. They won’t fit through your letter box so it’s worth letting us know if there’s a safe place you want your box leaving. You can do this through the ‘Addresses’ section of ‘My Account’.
Can I have my boxes delivered to different addresses?
Absolutely. Just amend the delivery address through the ‘Addresses’ section in ‘My Account’ at any time up to the point of shipping.
How do I change my billing or delivery address?
You can amend your billing or delivery address at any time through the ‘Addresses’ section of ‘My Account’.
Can I send a box as a gift?
You certainly can and we’re sure you’ll be loved forever as a result! Choose from any of our Single Hound or Single Treat boxes and just enter the address you want it delivering to.
How do I cancel my monthly box?
We’ll be very sad if you do but you can cancel your order at any time through the ‘Order’ section of ‘My Account’. Please bear in mind that if you have ordered a monthly Hound or Treat box, there is a minimum requirement to take delivery of 3 boxes and if you cancel before this time, we reserve the right to charge you for any outstanding boxes.
How do you select your products and are they safe?
All products offered by ourselves have been sourced from reputable, trusted suppliers and tested on our own hounds and those of friends and family. We don’t stock anything that doesn’t come with a great reputation and that hasn’t been tried first and many of our suppliers have won awards for their ethical policies. However, should your dog have particular dietary requirements, we strongly suggest you carefully check the ingredients on the product pages or packets before feeding to or using on your dog.
How do I return a product?
We want you and your hound to be delighted with everything you receive from us but if you’re not completely satisfied with any of our products, please let us know in the first instance by email – email@example.com – and we’ll work with you to either have the product returned or a refund provided.
